MFS GRADUATE PROGRAM - HOUSING

Most graduate students choose to live in one of the many apartments, condominiums, or houses in Boulder. Off-Campus Student Services maintains a listing of rooms, houses, and apartments for rent in the Boulder area. There are also numerous rental options in the surrounding suburban communities, such as Longmont, Louisville, Golden, Broomfield, and Westminster.

For families, married couples, and single parents, the university maintains furnished and unfurnished one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartments a short walk from campus. A limited number of efficiency or studio apartments are available to single graduate students who are 21 or older.

Prices for these apartments are less expensive than in the Boulder community, but there are more restrictions. Eligible applicants must be registered full time students. To find out more information or to get on a waiting list, contact the Family Housing Office.
